Important Changes Due to COVID-19 We are making temporary changes during the COVID-19 outbreak to protect our staff and clients! We plan to remain open in order to care for your pets with minor changes to normal business hours and protocols. The following protocol will be temporary. We ask your understanding in instituting and following this plan. We appreciate your patience during this stressful time. In order to decrease foot traffic in a confined space and encourage social distancing, the following policies will be put into effect until further notice: Call our office to schedule an appointment time as usual. If you or any member of your household are ill or has ran a fever in the past 14 days, PLEASE notify us. If your pet's issue is not an emergency, we will reschedule. If it is an emergency, we ask that an alternative person bring your pet to their appointment. If this is not feasible, we will discuss methods to protect our team. If you need medications or diets, please call from your vehicle and we will bring them to you. We also offer DISCOUNTED shipping for all prescriptions and preventatives. Most orders will ship the same day!
