Import Changes Due to COVID-19
We are making temporary changes during the COVID-19 outbreak to protect our staff and clients!
We plan to remain open in order to care for your pets with minor changes to normal business hours and protocols. The following protocol will be temporary. We ask your understanding in instituting and following this plan.
Beginning March 30, 2020 until at least April 30, 2020 we will be open from 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday. Saturday appointments will be temporarily unavailable. We apologize for this inconvenience.
In order to decrease foot traffic in a confined space and encourage social distancing, the following policies will be put into effect until further notice:
Call our office to schedule an appointment time as usual.
If you or any member of your household are ill or has ran a fever in the past 14 days, PLEASE notify us. If your pet's issue is not an emergency, we will reschedule. If it is an emergency, we ask that an alternative person bring your pet to their appointment. If this is not feasible, we will discuss methods to protect our team.
If you need medications or diets, please call from your vehicle and we will bring them to you. We also offer DISCOUNTED shipping for all prescriptions and preventatives. Most orders will ship the same day!
We value you and your pets and want to remain open to provide needed services in a timely fashion. If our team gets sick, we will not be able to care for your pets in times of emergency. In addition, our staff have families of their own and we want everyone to remain safe and healthy.
