"On 12/28/18 My female Shetland Sheepdog Tippy was attacked and mauled by two large dogs both easily twice Tippy's weight. In seconds they had ripped Tippy's flesh separating the dermis and epidermis leaving a gaping wound and multiple bites and lacerations all over Tippy's fragile body. There were multiple tears and deep dog bites to Tippy's entire body. I took Tippy to Springfield for her initial emergency treatment. From that time on Tippy continues to be treated under the care of Doctors' Lindsey, Levin and their entire staff. Not only did the Animal Care Clinic provide sterling treatment with love and care to Tippy, but the Animal Care Clinic also took me into their arms and provided me with much-needed comfort and care and emotional support too. I am a USMC Vietnam Veteran and Tippy is my service dog. At my age of 71, you would think I would take Tippy's attack on the chin and move on. Not so! I quietly wept many times during Tippy's restoration to health by Doctors Lindsey, Levin and staff. Everyone at the clinic continues to care for Tippy today. I can sincerely say "Thank you for your service" to the Animal Care Clinic of Bolivar."

"We wanted to thank Dr Roweton for taking such good care of a neighborhood kitty " CJ", he was in desperate in need of care. Kitty had a severely injured leg ( broken and infected to the bone.) Doctor and staff treated the kitty in house for a few days and then sent him (to our home) onto the next phase, an extensive rehab treatment. The leg had to be soaked in an Iodine, Epson Salt, and Water mixture everyday for 2 weeks. After the first night of treatment, I had more medicine on me than the kitty.... necessity became the mother of invention. We took a Cotton ace Bandage and cut it into a 4 inch piece, dunked it into the med mix and wrapped his leg, frequently basting it to keep it wet. 1 week later, wounds almost completely healed! 2 weeks in, even better. He can now put weight on his injured leg and is doing great back at the neighbors house. Thank you so much for working with us on the care costs for a kitty that didn't belong to us. Sometimes we just need to step up to the plate for neighborhood animals, who belong to others who don't have the means. Thank you so very much Dr Roweton and Staff! CJ thanks you too (meow!)"

"My German Shepard has suffered with ear problems since he was about a year old (he's 9 now). Tried high dollar prescription medicine, which only worked for a very short period of time. My poor dog was in so much pain it actually hurt him to walk. Called Dr. Levin and they got him in the same day, checked him out, ear drops and pain meds. Took him back a few days later for what we thought was going to be a surgery, possible polyp. My husband dropped our fur baby off and went back at designated time...NO SURGERY...basically the inside of ear is swollen. Dr. Levin and staff treated this, took excellent care of my baby...now I have a totally pain free dog, They took such good care of him. A big THANK YOU to Levin and his wonderful staff. You all are the best."

"Have taken my 6 pound yorkie in for his dental treatment, they did a great job and were really nice his teeth look better than mine now! And he seems to be a lot happier with the bad teeth gone! Both vets seemed very knowledgable. Only thing I have to knit pick is that Sarah always thinks I'm a woman when I call, she calls me "ma'am" hahaha."

"Under new ownership and Dr. Miller and Dr. Roweton have been incredible! They are so great with our dog and 2 cats and have bent over backward to accommodate our hectic schedule. They truly care about our animals as if they were their own. We couldn't ask for better care for our pets - and they're also super affordable. We drive all the way from Ozark and wouldn't take our pets anywhere else!"
